## Calculate your costs

Deliveries are active users times the notifications each of them gets. 50,000 active users receiving 3 notifications a week is about 650,000 deliveries a month: Pro at $49. The same users on a tool that charges $12 per 1,000 active users cost $600 a month before a single notification.

## What counts as a delivery

One recipient on one channel is one delivery, counted when BuzzKit hands the send to the provider. Retries are never billed again.

## Your providers, your bill

BuzzKit sends through your own Apple and Firebase credentials, and through your own email and SMS providers as those channels arrive. You pay them directly. BuzzKit never marks up a message, so a plan is only about orchestration: events, subscribers, workflows, preferences, retries, the ledger and the dashboard.

## Questions

### Is it really free right now?

Yes. During the beta the hosted version has no limits and no card. Existing workspaces are told before any billing starts, with time to pick a plan or move to self-hosting. A free plan will always exist.

### Do you charge per user?

No. Subscribers, devices, tenants and team members are unlimited on every plan. The only metered unit is a delivery: one recipient on one channel.

### What happens when I reach the Free limit?

Deliveries never stop. Past the included volume you are asked to upgrade, and sending carries on while you decide. Pro and Business bill the extra deliveries instead.

### Which providers do I pay for?

Apple and Firebase are free. When email and SMS arrive, you bring a provider such as Resend or Twilio and pay them directly. BuzzKit adds no markup.

### Is the Free plan a crippled version?

No. Every plan has the whole product: workflows, segments, topics, sources, the ledger. Paid plans buy volume, history, compliance and support.
